Are the online sessions live or recorded?
All sessions are delivered live via Zoom and recorded for lifetime access. You can attend live for real-time interaction or watch recordings at your own pace.
What level of experience do I need?
It depends on the program. The Advertising Storytelling Workshop accepts all levels. The Film Directing Intensive requires prior experience. Check each program's level indicator.
Is there a refund policy?
Full refund available up to 7 days before the program starts. No refunds after that, but you can transfer your seat to a future cohort.
Will I get direct feedback from Ziad?
Yes. Every program includes direct feedback sessions with Ziad — either live during sessions or through recorded video reviews of your work.
Are the programs available in Arabic?
Yes. Most programs are delivered in Arabic with English materials. The Masterclass is available in both Arabic and English cohorts.
